I am not sure I can send a big enough Thank You to all the folks who supported my re-election and all those who voted for me! I am honored to be able to continue to serve our schools.

To everyone who helped me campaign and get the word out- Thank you. To those who hosted signs in their yard- thank you. To those who gave me words of encouragement - they helped more than you will ever know, and always came at just right moment!

To my husband, John Marshall- you are the only reason I stayed sane. You stepped in and helped in so many ways. You kept me strong and for that you are the best.

Here we are six years later, and I am again asking for your support as I run for re-election to the Swampscott School Committee. I consider myself fortunate to have served the past two terms and sincerely love working for our schools.

Our district has enjoyed many accomplishments and I am proud to have played a small part in that success. I am even more proud of our leadership, teachers, and staff who work tirelessly on behalf of our kids.

Continuing to support these educators as they learn, grow, and adapt to meet the changing needs of our students and families is one of my main goals.

Working with the town to get the costs of our district to a sustainable level is another ongoing goal. One which is crucial to the long term health of our school system.

Towards these ends I ask for your support and your vote on April 30th.
