The graduation items that have been previously ordered (robes, diplomas, and/or tassels) and paid for have arrived! They may be picked up if you have paid for your items on and after May 20th by your student. If you ordered items but have not paid for those, please pay ASAP, either cash or check. Seventeen CHS students had an incredible experience this Tuesday at Construction Day held at the Haywood County Fairgrounds! 🏗️
Students explored a wide range of career opportunities in the skilled trades, gaining hands-on experience with industry equipment and technology. From testing out machinery to participating in both simulated and real-life activities, they got a true feel for what careers in construction and related fields can offer.
Sponsored by Buncombe County Schools CTE along with area agencies and companies, this event provided valuable connections between students and local industry professionals. Thank you, BCS CTE!
