Honoring Our Heroes 🇺🇸
The Swansboro community gathered at Bicentennial Park on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to pay tribute to the brave men and women who have served our nation. This year’s Veterans Day Ceremony featured retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant General Robert F. Hedelund as guest speaker, sharing powerful reflections on service, sacrifice, and community, and 2025 CCMA Entertainer of the Year and Nashville recording artist Michael Schott performed his original song "My Heroes" and the timeless classic "God Bless the USA".
Thank you to all who joined us for this meaningful morning in downtown Swansboro.
