A great evening was had by everyone who attended and participated in this year’s National Night Out!

The Swansboro Police Department, Swansboro Fire Department, and Swansboro Parks & Recreation would like to thank everyone who came out on August 7th to support this great event.

A special thank-you goes out to the 30 vendors who participated and to all of our sponsors whose support helped make the evening possible.

National Night Out is a great opportunity for our community to come together, have some fun, and meet the first responders who serve them every day.

SWANSBORO POLICE CADET CAMP '26

The Swansboro Police Department successfully wrapped up our 2026 Youth Cadet Camp last week, and what an incredible week it was!

Throughout the camp, our youth cadets learned valuable law enforcement and leadership skills, including marching, building clearing, patrol techniques, teamwork, and leadership development. They challenged themselves, built lasting friendships, and demonstrated outstanding dedication and enthusiasm every day.
We are incredibly proud of each cadet for their hard work and commitment, and we extend our sincere thanks to all of the officers, volunteers, and supporters who helped make this year's camp a success.

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this program. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to an even bigger and better Youth Cadet Camp next year!

🎉 A Heartfelt Thank You to Waters Ace Hardware! 🎉

The Swansboro Police Department would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Waters Ace Hardware for their generous donation of two coolers and a pop-up tent after our last tent did not survive the sudden windstorm during last year's Arts by the Sea Festival.
