Good Evening Great Citizens,

Today, I had a conversation with a concerned citizen who asked, "Are you okay?" It made me pause and reflect. I responded, "All is well, why do you ask?" They mentioned that they hadn't heard from me in a while and noticed my absence from posting.

I was truly touched and thankful that this citizen reached out to me. I want to assure you all that I’m still here and present. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to me. Sometimes, I feel that I have done more by just caring as a citizen. Don’t get me wrong; I appreciate the title of Trustee, but it means nothing without being first concerned and leading with service.

I also want to remind you that I make myself available every Tuesday from 12 PM to 1 PM for lunch and from 4 PM to 7 PM for . If another day suits the community better, I'm open to adjusting.

So, I encourage all citizens to reach out and check in with each other. Let’s make it a point to connect! I challenge everyone to find one day a week to check in with your neighbors. Together, we can strengthen our community bonds!

Greetings and Grand Rising Great Citizens,

It is another day of Mental Health Awareness and I would like for us take a moment to reflect on the difference between ego and self-esteem. While ego often refers to our self-importance and can lead to defensiveness and arrogance, self-esteem is about recognizing our value and worth in a balanced way. Understanding this distinction can help us foster healthier relationships with ourselves and others, promoting a supportive community where everyone feels valued. Honestly reflect on the following: Do you always have to be the most impressive in the room; not knowing when you are talking to make you feel important? Today may we deflate our ego and inflate our self esteem!!! Ego makes us important to only ourselves however having self-esteem allows us to truly be important to our community!
