This event highlights the need and value of mutual aid in our area and smaller communities. Thank you to our first responders who were part of the team that assisted Bristol Fire Department-RI in this structure fire last night.

It took two hours for firefighters to knock down the bulk of what the chief described as being "a pretty stubborn fire."

Congratulations Camden Huck on your completion of training and graduation from the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services Call/Volunteer course of instruction at the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy-Bridgewater last night. After 240 hours of academic demands and physical challenges, he will now join Company 1 as a fully-qualified firefighter.
