Thank you to everyone who participated in today’s Heroes vs. Heroes basketball game. It was a great event and a great display of teamwork and community spirit.

We’d like to thank Eric Demaline, a longtime member of the first responder community and the medical field, for a thoughtful and meaningful gesture.
Eric stopped by and dropped off custom 3D-printed nameplates, which he created himself, and presented them to Lieutenant Boysel. These pieces are something that will hopefully follow us to a new home, wherever that may be.
We truly appreciate Eric’s time, effort, and continued support of our department and first responders as a whole.

Public Notice – Swanton Police Department

Earlier today, the Swanton Police Department experienced a fire at our police station. While we are grateful that no one was injured, the police station is likely a total loss.

At this time, we are unable to accept walk-in services at our office. Our officers remain on duty and continue to serve the community.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is assisting by fielding some of our calls while we work through this situation. We are also in the process of transferring our phone lines to a temporary office located at the Swanton Fire Station, and we will provide updates as that transition is completed.
