The program will introduce the concepts of agroterrorism preparedness, identify threats and develop a response plan for first responders and their farming communities. Mr. Harchack retired from the Pennsylvania State Police after 25 years of service and is currently a National Fire Academy Certified instructor and Incident Command ICS 300 and 400 Certified Instructor.
