Free Training: Emergency Services Rescue Training is offering “𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀” on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This seminar will be held on Zoom. The program will introduce the concepts of agroterrorism preparedness, identify threats and develop a response plan for first responders and their farming communities. Material to be presented by Phillip Harchack. Mr. Harchack retired from the Pennsylvania State Police after 25 years of service and is currently a National Fire Academy Certified instructor and Incident Command ICS 300 and 400 Certified Instructor.
