🐉 Be Part of the Homecoming Parade! 🐉

Swartz Creek Community Schools is inviting local businesses, organizations, clubs, teams, churches, and community groups to join us for this year’s Homecoming Parade!

It was only the second day of school, but Mrs. Bishop’s fifth graders were already building, problem solving and, most importantly, building connections with one another.

Students worked in small groups to design and build a ramp to help a fictional student with a disability. They collaborated, shared ideas, worked through challenges and then presented their designs to their classmates.

It was a hands on math activity, but also a great opportunity to practice teamwork, communication and get to know their new classmates.

A pretty great way to start fifth grade! 🐉

The Class of 2027 was up before the sun this morning to watch it rise together on their last first full day of school. 🌅

A new day. A new school year. And the beginning of a year filled with “lasts” for our seniors.

Fall athletics are underway, Dragons!

There are so many opportunities to get out and support our Swartz Creek student-athletes this season. We’d love to see our community in the stands and on the sidelines cheering them on! ❤️🤍

As we begin a new season, please take a few minutes to review the attached spectator expectations for our athletic events.

Admission information (regular season home games & meets):
• $5 cash admission
• 10-punch card: $30
• Credit cards are accepted with a processing fee
• Swartz Creek senior citizens are FREE with a Gold Pass, available through our Community Education office at Swartz Creek High School
• Out-of-district seniors are buy one, get one free

And with football typically bringing some of our largest crowds, a reminder that our first home varsity football game is this Thursday, September 3, against Holt! Please pay special attention to the student supervision and stadium guidelines in the attached letter.
