> Angleton RB Wyatt Neyland: Neyland accounted for 159 yards on 10 touches in Friday's 42-0 win over Dayton. Neyland has seven catches for 107 yards and rushed three times for 52 yards.

>> Brazosport RB Carnell Hinton: Hinton had 26 carries for 164 yards and two touchdowns in the Exporters' 38-0 win over Van Vleck on Friday. Hinton averaged 6.3 yards per carry.

>> Sweeny LB/RB Parker McCurdy: McCurdy had 12 tackles (10 solo) to go with six tackles for loss and a 56-yard interception return for a touchdown in the Bulldogs' 24-21 win over rival Columbia on Friday. McCurdy, who is only off the field on kick returns, also added 26 yards rushing on nine carries.

🏆 LADY BULLDOG ATHLETE OF THE WEEK 🏆

Congratulations to Callie Callahan on being named our Week 2 Lady Bulldog Athlete of the Week! 🩵🐾

Callie is the definition of an athlete who shows up, works hard, and gets the job done! Last week, she earned a medal at the Van Vleck Cross Country Meet, finishing 7th overall with an impressive 14-minute two-mile run! 🏃‍♀️🎖️

What makes Callie even more special is the way she balances multiple activities while continuing to give her best in everything she does. Whether she’s running the course or competing with her team on the volleyball court, Callie represents what it means to be a Lady Bulldog!

We are so proud of you, Callie! Keep working and competing! 💙

Your Lady Bulldogs traveled to Aldine and came home with Varsity and JV victories! Varsity took care of business with a 3-set sweep, JV followed with a 2-set sweep, and our Freshmen battled hard through three sets.
