What a transformation! In one year and seven days, the new owners of Creekside Apartment Homes (formerly Applecreek) completely remodeled and leased all 120 units. This property was on the verge of being declared dilapidated and torn down. The new owners approached SEED, and our board approved an incentive to help cover the costs of the remodel.

💦 We’re getting ready for pool season, Sweetwater! 💦

City crews are hard at work preparing the pool for opening day, including giving it a fresh coat of paint to make sure it’s looking its best for summer. 🎨☀️
