The Swisher Community Library serves Jefferson and Monroe Townships in northwest Johnson County, including the cities of Swisher and Shueyville. Full library services, including books, DVDs, e-books, Story Time, Adult Programming, and Summer Reading all are available.

Come meet the new assistant librarian at Swisher Community Library on September 6th. Amanda will be hosting a Coffee & Create hour starting at 10 am. There will be supplies to decorate a coffee mug to leave and use for future sessions. You can also bring your current craft-y project to work on or help complete a jigsaw puzzle. Coffee, tea, and a light snack will be provided.
