Election Season officially begins this week!

✅Sample ballots are available in-office, on our website & using the SBE Voter Search Tool (link below). The Voter Search Tool allows you to verify your registration info, get voting site hours/directions, & view sample ballots!

✅Absentee by-mail ballots hit the post office Friday! These can be requested through 10/20, as long as you are registered by 10/9.

✅Not registered yet? You have until 10/9 to register for absentee or Election Day voting, or register & vote during Early Voting (10/15-31) at 5 locations!

✅Start doing your research now using trustworthy sources! It's a long ballot, so start your prep today!

Search for voter details, including jurisdictions, polling place, sample ballot when available, absentee ballot information, and voter history.

Yesterday, the Board awarded certificates & prizes to the Top Three Finalists of the 2026 "I Voted" sticker contest! Each child received a certificate & gift cards to local businesses. We're so proud of these creative kids & appreciated their vision for Jackson Co. polling site stickers!

DID YOU KNOW? Photo ID is requested of all voters. If you need a valid form of ID, the BOE can provide one FOR FREE!

We received 39 entries to the 2026 youth "I Voted" sticker contest from local K-8 student artists! The Jackson Co. Board of Elections (BOE) has refined the entries to TEN designs. Members of the public are invited to decide the winning design which will be used in Jackson Co. voting sites beginning....

You can request your absentee ballot TODAY & secure your voting plan! This is a great option if you might be out of town, need a ride, the weather's bad or you're ill. Go ahead & request a by-mail ballot; if you're able to vote in-person instead, we spoil the unvoted mail ballot.
