Join the Friends of Screven County Library in a fun BINGO night Saturday January 17th 6:30 p.m. at the First Christian Church social hall to support our local Library. $15.00 per person (10 games with 6 chances to win each game, five opportunity tickets for a chance to win door prizes). I know you'll want to join us for the FUN and most of all to help our local Library!

Many of the adults in Screven and Jenkins Counties have fond memories of visiting the bookmobile and being greeted by the "Bookmobile Lady," Barbara Gilbert. For 33 years, she would travel the roads of our counties, visiting communities and homebound patrons as she shared the joy of reading with everyone.
