We are proud to carry the Rubber Duck Coffee line, based out of Portal Georgia. They produce a variety of blends that are bound to meet your coffee needs. Also, if you want to take your coffee to the next level, we carry an assortment of coffee syrups from Braswell's, out of Statesboro, Georgia. A huge thank you to the Friends of Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites for adding three brand-new grills and an ADA-accessible picnic table to our park area through their generous Passport Grant! A big thank you also goes to everyone who purchases a Georgia State Park Passport - your support makes this program possible! These improvements will help make our outdoor spaces more welcoming, comfortable, and accessible for everyone who comes to enjoy our site. We look forward to seeing families and friends enjoying these new amenities for years to come. Thank you for helping us continue to make our park a place where everyone can gather, relax, and create lasting memories!

Happy National Get Outdoors Day!🌲

We're proud that we have some pretty amazing Georgia State Parks & Historic Sites in our state, and a few not too far from us that offer hiking, fishing, kayaking, golf, and so much more outdoor fun! Looking for a way to spice things up? We've got the perfect solution for you. Come check out our hot sauces and spices from Braswell's. It's a Georgia-based company from just down the road in Statesboro. The spices are great to use for your summer cook outs, and the hot sauces can add that little extra heat to your otherwise ordinary recipes. Come see this and more in our gift shop, here at the Sylvania Visitor Center. Open Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 to 5:30. We hope to see you soon!!😊

We normally post pictures with bright sunny skies with fluffy white clouds overlooking our beautiful visitor center. However, today we are proud to post a picture with raindrops and puddles all around!! We are so happy to see rain, and so are all of our grass, trees, and pretty plants. They might be looking a little more perky this week!!🌧️🌳🌺🪻
