Unique, a group exhibit at the Everson Museum Everson Museum of Art celebrates the creative possibilities of Central New Yorkers living with disabilities 👩🏽‍🎨

This annual show incorporates a range of media: paintings, pastels, drawings, mixed media, poetry, and more. And it continues to provide an expansive view of participants’ imaginations and individual perspectives.

🎨 Applications are now open for Round 1 of CNY Arts’ Statewide Community Regrants program (SCR 2027)!

$228,089 is available for artists and arts organizations in Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego counties across four grant categories: Community Arts, Community Arts MicroGrant, Artist Commissions, and Arts Education.

📅 Community Arts, MicroGrant & Artist Commissions applications are open now, due October 25. Arts Education opens mid-March with a mid-July deadline.

All applicants are required to attend a grants seminar—in-person, online, or recorded options are available.

Light Work’s Light Work grantee exhibit “offers a window into the range of contemporary photography” 📸

Featuring the distinct visions of five unique artists, the collection spans documentary photography, photograms, cyanotypes, and deeply personal work.

This collection will be up through August 7, with a celebratory reception on the 7th from 5 to 6:30 PM, free and open to the public! Learn more at lightwork.org
