is a not-for-profit community development agency committed to
revitalizing and stabilizing the northeast sector of Syracuse. Established in 1974, NEHDA promotes homeownership opportunities for underserved low to moderate income households who choose to live on Syracuse’s northeast side. NEHDA offers new construction or totally rehabbed homes to eligible households and free home improvement and fi

nancial education workshops. Outreach, advocacy and community engagement are major components of our programs which sustain a positive quality of life for all residents and stakeholders within our service area.
