This starts with our active field management and is displayed through our weekly and monthly status reports and daily contractor check-in meetings. JWA utilizes 2-week look ahead to mitigate contractor coordination issues and impacts to operations. Active 2-week look ahead and regular schedule checks are key to maintaining an on-time delivery. Proactive and timely resolution of issues is critical to keeping a project on schedule and budget.
