This is a brief outline of how we can turn $5 into an impact in our community. 5000 people a week at $5 a week is $25,000 a week $25,000 x 52 weeks is 1.3 Millionaire I will take this 1.3 million dollars and create businesses throughout our community. Yes this is Emmanuel Snipes from Syracuse New York one of the poorest cities in America this is just a picture of some of the parks me and my crew did in the city. There are people that say we're doing a poor job and there were a lot of people saying we are doing a good job we would like the public to break the tie.
