Happy September! 🍂🍎🍁
We have three new adult book displays up for this month:

▪️ Biography Spotlight - Featuring a collection of enlightening, intriguing, & interesting (to say the least) biographies, provided from our substantial Biography section in our upstairs area 🔦📚🧐
▪️ Fall Into A Good Book - Highlighting some favorite fictions to explore as the season of Fall approaches 📙🌻🤎
▪️ Hispanic Heritage Month - Highlighting biographies and books reflecting Hispanic heritage, lives, & experiences, as well as including many renowned Hispanic authors 💃📗💛

So, come check out our displays and check out some great books! 😉

Please note that due to the forecasted weather for tomorrow, Meet Mimikyu will now be held in the 1st floor children's area rather than our library garden. Hope to see you there! 🐍

Join us in celebrating another year of our community art project, Rosco the Rock Snake! This is the 2nd summer we've invited families to come paint rocks, so we could grow Rosco in our library garden. He has gotten LONG! In celebration, you're invited to meet Miss Hannah's real-life bullsnake Mimikyu next Wednesday, 9/2 at 11am. You will have a chance to pet him and even get a snake kiss or two!

OFL will be closed Labor Day Weekend, September 5th-7th. 🇺🇸

And the following weekend (Sept. 12th), we will be resuming normal Saturday hours, 10am-5pm.

We are just one week away from our first Family Storytime of the fall and there are a couple changes to be aware of:
🗓 New schedule alternating between Tuesday and Wednesday storytimes- Visit www.oflibrary.org/events-calendar for specific dates.
☑ Registration is no longer necessary- The door opens 5 minutes prior to start time and is open to the first 30 patrons.
