New Beginnings PPA

New Beginnings PPA New Beginnings PPA is a Foster/Professional Parent agency in northern Utah. There is no cost to the parent to apply or become a licensed foster parent.

New Beginnings PPA Is a foster care/professional parent Agency that hires and trains parents to work with clients in DHHS custody and have them live in their home in a family setting. Foster parents are licensed and trained through New Beginnings and get support from the agency with the clients in their home. Foster parents complete over 30+ hours of training, all work can be completed from home.

Foster/professional Parents are compensated $65+ per day, per client in their home. Owner/Director Cindy Moss has been working with Children in care for 15+ years, She has been a foster parent run group homes and set up foster care programs for other agencies. In 2007 she decided to make a change and start her own agency hoping to give more support to foster parents and be able to help as many kids as possible. In the past years she has had over 100 kids placed with her agency and has helped several to be adopted and find permanent homes.
