The Salvation Army has been serving people in Tacoma and Pierce County for more than 125 years. Currently, we operate the Jarvie Memorial Emergency Housing Center and the Red Shield Food Bank, as well as offering financial assistance and case management to people who need emergency aid (such as homeless assistance, utility help, or other needs).

The Salvation Army of Tacoma wants to thank our community for the amazing support of our Tea, Purse, and Treasure Auction this past Saturday. Together, we raised over $24,000 to help support our families in need at the Jarvie Memorial Family Lodge.
