Third spaces. A place of comfort and sharing that we all can create for those we know are struggling.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re highlighting Third Places that make connection feel possible. Spaces like Gabriel’s Challenge offer a welcoming, non-clinical environment where people can show up at their own pace, without pressure, and begin building support through dignity, choice, and lived experience.

Sometimes the first step is simply having a place to start.
