At AHAT Homecare, we are proud to support individuals living with HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C through housing, healthcare access, case management, and supportive services that help create stability and opportunity.

Pride is a time to celebrate identity, belonging, and progress. It is also a reminder that access to safe housing, quality care, and supportive communities matters every day of the year.
