The lobby is closed Friday, Oct. 23 due to maintenance work and will re-open at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 26.

Customers can still contact TPU customer service until 5:30 p.m. by phone at 253-502-8600.

Residential and commercial customers can also pay bills online through MyAccount using a credit or debit card. Payment is also accepted at TPU pay boxes with several locations in the community or the drop box at 3628 S. 35th Street in Tacoma.

What does it take to plan for future development while keeping water flowing? 💧

Tacoma Water engineer Ruben Martinez gives us a look at the work happening in the Orting Valley to remove the High Cedars Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) vault and make room for a new roundabout in the area.

By building an improved PRV vault years before this work began, we were able to plan ahead, prepare for future growth, and safely retire infrastructure that we no longer use or need.

It’s one example of how we thoughtfully maintain and invest in our water system to keep it reliable for the communities we serve.

Add beauty to your yard now and enjoy shade as your trees grow. Pierce County residents can save $40 per tree on up to three trees, or a total of up to $120 in savings.

From our adult separator to our juvenile collection facility, our teams collect detailed information every day that helps inform fisheries management decisions in the Cowlitz Basin.
