Taft District Chamber of Commerce Together, we’re working to make Taft a great place to live, The Taft District Chamber of Commerce is your go-to stop for the happenings around the City of Taft.

The Taft District Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to supporting local businesses, strengthening our economy, and building a vibrant community through connection, advocacy, promotion, and events. We work closely with City and County Officials, education leaders, business owners, service clubs, and residents and visitors to gain a comprehensive list of the things that affect our town. In addition t

o the events, mixers, and community meetings that we host, we refer those needing a particular business or service to one of our many Chamber members. That is just one of the benefits of becoming a Chamber member and engaging in our many networking opportunities. We have an active Board of Directors, comprised on 28 local business owners and leaders. The support we receive from our many members and sponsors allow us the ability to provide relocation information and services to individuals outside of our area as well as guide anyone looking for information about our town. Every day is a different day at the Taft Chamber and the services we provide are expansive and exciting. IMPORTANT EVENT UPDATE — TAFT’S DÍA DE LOS MU***OS

The Taft District Chamber of Commerce has made the decision to cancel our Día de los Mu***os event originally scheduled for Sunday, November 1, 2026.

We recently learned that St. Mary’s Catholic Church will be hosting their annual festival on the same day. As a longstanding community partner and an important part of this cherished tradition in Taft, we want to be respectful of their celebration and allow our community the opportunity to come together in support of their event.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who had already offered their time, support, sponsorship, and enthusiasm as we planned our inaugural celebration. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

A big thank you to Jeremiah Ga***rd, owner of 661 Aerial Ops, for joining us for last night’s Sit n’ Sip!

We enjoyed learning more about Jeremiah’s background, the story behind 661 Aerial Ops, and the many ways aerial imaging and drone technology can serve businesses and organizations throughout our community.

The Taft Pizza Factory Mixer on August 11th was a great evening filled with delicious food, wonderful conversation, and an excellent turnout from Chamber members and the community.
