**Is Your Pre-K Child Getting Enough Sleep?**

Did you know that preschool-aged children need about 10–13 hours of sleep each day?

Getting enough sleep helps our little learners:
⭐ Focus and participate in class
⭐ Manage big feelings and emotions
⭐ Learn and remember new things
⭐ Have more energy for play and learning
⭐ Support healthy growth and development

If your child seems extra tired, cranky, emotional, or has trouble concentrating, they may need a little more sleep.

🛏️ **A consistent bedtime routine can make a big difference!** Try a bath, pajamas, brushing teeth, a story, and a calm, consistent bedtime each night.

Well-rested children are ready to learn, play, and grow! 🐯

Our girls are BACK! 💚🏀

Every Tuesday morning, the NSU Women’s Basketball team will be here bright and early, opening car doors and greeting our students with smiles and lots of high fives.

We absolutely love having these ladies as part of our Sequoyah family! We are so thankful for the love and encouragement they show our students every year.
