This week at the Talihina Library, we had a wonderful time learning all about Chahta pottery making! We read stories and welcomed the summer school class to join us! Thank you to Jose at the Choctaw Nation Cultural Services for presenting such a wonderful program! We are closed Friday for Juneteenth, but we will see you next week - Wednesday and Friday at 11am for more summer reading! 🦖🦕🦖

🦕 What a ROAR-some week at Summer Reading! 🦴

Last week, our young paleontologists explored the fascinating world of dinosaurs and fossils! We created dinosaur silhouettes, learned about paleontology, and made lots of new friends along the way. 🦖✨

What an amazing week at our Summer Reading Programs! 🦕✨
We traveled back in time by drawing mysterious Nazca Lines and creating our very own dinosaur fossils! 🦴🎨 The kids had so much fun learning about dinosaurs, paleontology, and archaeology through hands-on activities and creativity.

We had an amazing time rock painting, creating sidewalk chalk art, and enjoying all the fun kids activities with our community.
