Our offices serve Talladega County citizens by performing all duties required by local, state, and federal laws. It is our mission to provide exceptional customer service when assisting you. The Probate Judge’s office is also responsible for ELECTIONS. We work closely with the Board of Registrars, The Circuit Court Clerk (absentee official), Sheriff and ES&S (Election Supplies and Software). We are responsible for 27 polling sites and about 246 pollworkers. In order to conveniently serve our customers, we provide services at two locations: Talladega Courthouse and Sylacauga Annex. We are here to assist you Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We look forward to serving your needs at the Talladega County Probate Office.
