Our Head Start and Pre-K classrooms enjoyed an electrifying surprise visit from Piedmont Electric during outdoor play! Our little learners were fascinated by the bucket truck and loved getting a firsthand look at the equipment used by our local electric professionals.

☀️ A Delicious Start to a Wonderful School Year! 💙

On August 26, Lineville Head Start hosted their first parent meeting of school year. A HUGE thank you to our amazing community partners, McDonald’s, Just A Little Frosting, Coffee Bean, Piggly Wiggly of Lineville, and Perryland of Lineville, for helping make our first Parent Meeting of the school year extra special! 🥐☕🍩

Thanks to your generous donations, our Lineville Head Start families were treated to a delicious breakfast as we gathered together to kick off another exciting year of family engagement, partnership, and growth.

We are grateful for community partners who continue to pour into our families and help us create meaningful experiences for our Head Start community. When families, schools, and communities come together, everyone wins! 💙

🎉 Goodwater Head Start’s First Parent Meeting! 🎉

What a great way to kick off the new school term! We had our first parent meeting at Goodwater Head Start and selected our parent officers, as well as representatives for our Policy Council.

It was wonderful hearing the ideas, feedback, and excitement our parents have for this school year. 💙💛 Parent involvement makes such a difference, and I’m looking forward to working together to make this a successful and memorable year for our children and families.
