Although this thank you is a little overdue, we could not let more time pass without expressing our sincere gratitude to everyone who made the Car Show Fundraiser on Saturday, May 16th, such a meaningful and successful event for Palmer Place.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Lincoln Lumber Ace Hardware for hosting and sponsoring this incredible event in support of Palmer Place. We are especially grateful to owners Bill and Norma Newman for their generosity, kindness, and support of our mission. Their willingness to not only host the event but also donate the proceeds to Palmer Place means so much to the children and families we serve.
We would also like to sincerely thank Don Johnson for the tremendous dedication, coordination, and countless hours he invested into making this event such a success. From bringing together sponsors, vendors, contributors, and car enthusiasts, his efforts helped create an amazing day for everyone involved.
A special thank you as well to Ricky and Sharon Howell for the enthusiasm, energy, and hard work they brought throughout the event. Their help in keeping everything running smoothly and creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere was truly appreciated.
And finally, thank you to everyone who attended, participated, donated, entered vehicles, purchased shirts, and spent time with us during the event. We truly enjoyed meeting so many new friends, sharing about Palmer Place and our mission, and experiencing such overwhelming kindness and community support.
