🌟 Our 4th- and 5th-grade teachers participated in countywide Math Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to deepen mathematical content knowledge and strengthen instructional practices.

💡 Fourth-grade teachers focused on multiplication and division, while fifth-grade teachers engaged in professional learning centered on fractions.

✏️ Our district math coaches developed and facilitated these sessions, giving teachers opportunities to collaborate, deepen their understanding of grade-level standards, and explore effective instructional strategies.

We appreciate our math coaches' leadership and our teachers' commitment to strengthening mathematics instruction across Talladega County Schools.

🎃 The 14th Annual Pumpkin Patch 🎃

We loved welcoming our special Pumpkin Pals from across Talladega County for a day filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of fall fun!

This tradition would not be possible without the amazing partnership and support of the US Forest Service, Alabama Forestry Commission, Munford FFA, Munford Public Library, TCBOE Special Education Department, and MHS Event Planning students.

Thank you to all the volunteers, partners, teachers, students, and families who continue to make the Pumpkin Patch a fantastic tradition! 🎃

Today students from Talladega County came together to make a powerful impact through the Doin’ Big Things Leadership Challenge.

This incredible, fully student-driven event allows teams of middle and high school students to plan projects that will have positive impacts on their school.

Thank you to the Charlee Tayt Foundation for supporting our young leaders and providing lunch!

We can’t wait to see the lasting impact of their big ideas 💫
