2026 Board of Directors Candidate Applications Now Available on TownSq and HOA website -

The Killearn Homes Association is pleased to announce that candidate applications for the 2026 Board of Directors Election are now available.

Serving on the Board of Directors is an excellent opportunity to become more involved in the community, help guide the Association's future, and represent the interests of your fellow homeowners. Board members work alongside Association staff and fellow directors to make decisions regarding the maintenance, financial stewardship, and long-term planning of Killearn Homes Association.

If you are interested in serving your community, we encourage you to review the candidate application and submit your completed materials by the deadline.

Application Deadline:
Monday, August 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM

Applications received after the deadline may not be eligible for inclusion on the election ballot, so we encourage interested candidates to submit their materials as early as possible.

If you have any questions about the election process, candidate qualifications, or the responsibilities of serving on the Board of Directors, please contact the Killearn Homes Association office at (850) 893-3468. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

We appreciate the willingness of homeowners to volunteer their time and talents in service to the community and look forward to another successful election season.

🍦 Join KMC for a Sweet Treat at the Swim Club! 10 AM - 12 PM 8/1/26 🍦

Killearn Methodist Church invites the community to stop by the Killearn Swim Club parking lot on Saturday, August 1, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a fun morning featuring free ice cream from Lofty Pursuits.

During the event, church volunteers will be sharing information about their upcoming 7-week Marriage Course, which begins August 26. The course is open to the community, and attendees can register free of charge using a special promotional code available at the event.

Stop by to enjoy a sweet treat, learn more about the upcoming course, and connect with your neighbors. We hope to see you there!

We’re excited to announce our upcoming Community Yard Sale, taking place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a one-day event and a great opportunity to declutter, connect with neighbors, and give items a new home.

To help drive traffic throughout the neighborhood, the Association will have signage placed at key entrances and surrounding areas to advertise the event to non-residents.

Residents who plan to participate are encouraged to sign up to be included on our interactive community map, which will be distributed to the community on April 24, 2026. This map will help visitors easily locate participating homes and maximize exposure for your sale.

This is a friendly reminder that your 2026 HOA dues payment is due by March 31, 2026.

If you are unsure of your payment status, we encourage you to contact the HOA office, and we will be happy to assist you. You may also check your account balance through TownSq using your account number, at townsq.io

Please note that any payments received after March 31, 2026 will be considered late and will incur a $25 late fee.

At this time, the most reliable way to ensure your payment is received and processed before the deadline is to drop it off directly at the HOA office, where we can clear payments locally.

For your convenience, a secure drop box is also available on the side door of the office for after-hours submissions.

Our office is located at 2705 Killarney Way, Tallahassee, FL 32309, we are open from 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
