Tallapoosa Housing Authority

Tallapoosa Housing Authority THA is a low-income multi-family housing provider. An application is required to apply for housing. Anyone can call or come by our office for more information.

The Housing Authority of the City of Tallapoosa (THA) was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides Federal assistance to the THA which manages housing for low-income residents at rents they can afford.

☀️ 👟 Another great morning with the THA Walking Club! Thank you to everyone who came out for our second meetup. Remember, all ages are welcome, and kids can join too! Bring your family, get some exercise, and enjoy time with your neighbors. We meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 AM. We'd love to see you at our next walk! ☀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️💙
