The goal of the IowaWORKS office is to connect as many Iowans who are seeking employment or training to services. The main tool that we use is IowaWORKS.gov

If you are job seeking and using multiple search engines and applications, the IowaWORKS.gov system can assist you alongside those tools. The resume builder is a great tool along with the virtual training classes and skills assessments that anyone can sign up for. Going to the calendar you can find a place to set-up a virtual Career Planner meeting to ask individualized questions too. All of these resources are free to Iowa job seekers!!

This tool can help source a job opportunity, build a tailored resume, and assist in the application process. In addition to Facebook, the calendar at IowaWORKS.gov will list career fairs, resource events, as well as other training opportunities.

Take a moment to update your account or if you have not been to IowaWORKS.gov, you can get your account setup and begin the search process. Be sure to LIKE our Facebook too!!!
