Today, we’re deeply saddened to share the passing of a long-time customer and friend who became a true part of our lives over the past 16 years. Missy was never “just” a stop on my route she was family by heart. A proud trucker who recently wrapped up a lifetime on the road, and a die-hard NASCAR fan who could talk Kevin Harvick with anyone who’d listen.
She always had a 20 minute story ready, a laugh waiting, and a smile (if you were lucky enough to be on her good side.) 🥴😝 Beneath her tough edge was one of the kindest hearts you’d ever meet. She was the type of person who would give you the shirt off her back and show up when you needed it most. I know this firsthand, because missy & her husband Cal have done exactly that for us.
We’ll miss her presence and her humor. Our thoughts are with the Miller family and everyone who loved her.

LIHEAP Season Delay — Here’s What You Need to Know

📣 Important Update: LIHEAP Season Delay
Due to the ongoing federal government shutdown & lack of federal funding, the opening of the 2025–2026 LIHEAP season has been delayed until December 3, 2025 — and that date depends on when federal funding becomes available.
If the government does not reopen or release funds, Pennsylvania will not be able to begin the LIHEAP program until funding is received.
Here’s what this means for customers:
Pre-season LIHEAP Cash applications are still being accepted.
However, payments, vouchers, and customer notices will not be issued until the shutdown ends.
Regular LIHEAP Cash and Crisis applications will not be accepted until the program officially opens.
We know this delay may cause stress for families who rely on LIHEAP help each year.
If you need heating oil before LIHEAP opens, please reach out to us — we’ll do our best to work with you during this time.
