Today was an exciting and inspiring day! Our leadership team, alongside our generous employee donors, had the privilege of personally presenting EFFORTS Scholarship award checks to this year’s scholarship recipients.

These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of THA employees and are awarded to outstanding resident students who earned this recognition through an essay competition. We are incredibly proud to invest in the education and future success of the young people in the communities we serve.

Congratulations to all our scholarship recipients! Your hard work, dedication, and aspirations inspire us, and we look forward to seeing all that you accomplish.

The CEO Connect was an inspiring opportunity to hear from Rob Higgins, CEO of USF Athletics, whose message, “Manifest Your Destiny,” challenged us to lead with vision, purpose, and determination.

It was also a pleasure networking with the President of USF, community stakeholders, and valued partners as we continue building significant relationships that strengthen our collective impact to better serve our communities.

This fun West River event was about more than backpacks and haircuts, it was about supporting our residents and investing in our community. We’re always proud to connect families with valuable resources, services, and opportunities while showing appreciation for the residents we serve.

As we close this chapter on our inaugural Youth Employment Summer (YES) Program, we celebrated the incredible accomplishments of our participants with a luncheon and certificate presentation. Congratulations to each intern for your hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the program. The following is a small preview of the certificate presentation by departments: Executive, HR, PR, Finance, NTHDC, AM, Contracting and IT, respectively. Watch for more coming soon.
