Each summer, our youth shelters come together during school break for LSF Field Day. As a statewide organization, our programs may be separated by hundreds of miles, but they are united by the same mission.

This year, residents and staff from Oasis, Lippman, Bridge and Beyond, and both Miami Bridge campuses gathered in Fort Myers. Youth built new friendships, and staff had the chance to connect with colleagues they may have never met in person.

It's one of our favorite traditions each year. Looking at a group photo filled with kids and LSF team members from communities across Florida is a powerful reminder of the scale of LSF and the many backgrounds and communities that make us who we are.

Behind every success story at LSF is someone willing to put in the work and show up for children and families when it matters most.

This month, we're proud to recognize Tangela, Kamie and Kesha as our Tampa Electric Case Managers of the Month.

Tangela's unwavering advocacy for the youth on her caseload, Kamie's eagerness to learn and grow in her new role, and Kesha's professionalism and steady commitment to the children and families she serves are just a few of the reasons they were selected for this recognition. Their dedication reflects the excellence we strive to bring to our communities every day.

Paradise Lutheran Church went above and beyond to support the kids we serve in Pinellas County. The congregation exceeded every donation goal they set, collecting more than 100 backpacks and thousands of school supplies to support local families in need. Thank you, Paradise Lutheran!

We had a great time at the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice's Unleashing You Youth Summit!

More than 400 youth and their chaperones from across Florida came together to explore leadership, personal growth and the transition into adulthood. LSF was proud to share how our programs support youth and families while connecting with partners who are equally committed to helping young people build brighter futures.
