Join us at the Hillsborough TPO Board Meeting on Wednesday, October 14th, at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held on the 26th floor of County Center, with a virtual participation option available. During this meeting, the TPO Board will take action on the two TIP Amendments:
• FY 26-30 TIP Amendment: I-4 Truck Park Facility at County Line Road
• FY 27-31 TIP Amendment: Air Cargo Road & Tampa Bay Blvd Operational and Safety Improvements
There will also be status reports on the Prioritizing Transportation Tampa Bay Pilot and Tampa General Hospital's Trauma (TGH) Injury Prevention Programs. Community members are encouraged to participate by submitting comments in advance or speaking during the meeting. The Hillsborough TPO is considering a Fiscal Year 27–31 TIP amendment focused on operational and safety improvements along Air Cargo Road and Tampa Bay Boulevard. The amendment includes widening both roads, improving sidewalks and drainage, resurfacing the roadway, modifying the Lois Avenue roundabout, and adding new traffic signals to support future growth.
