Hillsborough County Democratic Hispanic Caucus The Hillsborough County Democratic Hispanic Caucus political mission is to elect Democratic Party candidates.

The HCDHC supports the Democratic Party Principles that best serve the Hispanic Community. The HCDHC goal is to elect all Democratic Party candidates in Hillsborough County and in the State of Florida. We support Democratic Party Principles, legislation and government action that are in the best interest of the Hispanic Community. The HCDHC encourages qualified Hispanic Americans to become public office candidates. The HCDHC shares political power and influence with the Florida Democratic Party. We had the honor of welcoming Florida gubernatorial candidate David Jolly to the grand opening of Casa Jolly Hillsborough County, a Hispanic voter outreach initiative organized by the Democratic Hispanic Caucus of Florida and its Hillsborough County chapter, in coordination with local caucuses and candidates including David Jolly, Rep. Kathy Castor, Sen. Brian Nathan, Kimberly Overman for Congress, Re-Elect Harry Cohen for Hillsborough County Commissioner, and Luis Salazar for Florida State House.

Our shared goal is to connect with Hispanic voters, strengthen community engagement, and make sure our voices are heard.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to our dedicated Casa Tampeña volunteers who show up every day because they believe in building a better future for Florida. Together, we’re working to move Florida forward!

Had a special evening celebrating some of our endorsed primary election winners, including Senator Brian Nathan, who ran unopposed, Aileen Rodriguez, who won her primary with over 60% of the vote for County Commission, and Luis Salazar, who canvassed every precinct in House District 64.

Thank you to all our guests and members who came out to celebrate these victories with us. We are ready for the general election!
