What an incredible few days at the 2026 FCEE Teacher Summit!

Educators from across Florida came together to learn, collaborate, and strengthen their ability to bring economics and personal finance to life in the classroom. Through engaging sessions, hands-on activities, and meaningful connections, participants gained new tools and strategies to help students build the financial knowledge and skills they need for success.

We're inspired by the passion and energy shared throughout the event and can't wait to see the impact these educators will make in their classrooms this year.

Summer jobs teach financial literacy!

Whether it's babysitting, lifeguarding, mowing lawns, or working in retail, a first paycheck is an opportunity to learn about saving, budgeting, and setting financial goals.

Encourage the young people in your life to think about:
✔️ Saving a portion of every paycheck
✔️ Creating a simple budget
✔️ Setting a short-term financial goal

The lessons learned from a first job can last a lifetime.
