During the program year Leadership Tampa participants will be paired with an individual from the Tampa Police Department, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, or Tampa Fire Rescue. Through one-on-one conversations, participants will create an open dialogue with their assigned First Responder to discuss assets, challenges, and topics affecting the community.
