Taneyville School District would like to announce our 1st grade teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Our very own Mrs. Analee Mitchell will be trading her paintbrushes for a new role. She has been serving our students in various capacities for the last 5 years and we are excited to see her excel in her new position!

We have another new Tiger to add to our Taneyville family. Please help us welcome Miss Alexis Osenga as our new art teacher! Miss Osenga graduated from SBU in spring 2025 with her degree in Art Education.
Some fun facts about 'Miss O': She's a born and raised Bransonite, her favorite color is blue, she runs on Jesus and coffee, and she's a huge Lord of the Rings fan!

Miss O states, "I’m so excited to start my career at Taneyville and to learn and grow with my students."

Taneyville School District would like to welcome Mrs. Tarah Meister to our Tiger Family. Mrs. Meister will be teaching 2nd grade during the 2026-27 school year. A few interesting facts about Mrs. Meister:
She has been married to her wonderful husband for 14 years, and they have four amazing children—Heath, Lukas, Annabelle, and Leo.
She loves roller coasters, has a major sweet tooth, and survives on iced coffee and Dr. Pepper!

She states, "I am so excited to learn, grow, and make wonderful memories together this year. I can’t wait to meet all of my students and their families!"

In partnership with The L.O.D.G.E. Ministries, we planted fruit trees to start our community orchard! We are so excited to begin this journey of providing our community with a space to enjoy for years to come! This is just the first step of many to make our goal a reality. Thank you to all of the volunteers that took time out of their day to help dig, plant, and water trees! You are amazing!! 💙🍎🍑🍒💙
