*Home visits from one of our Family Developmental Specialists, using the Parents as Teachers curriculum
*Parent support and information groups
*Developmental assessments with referrals to Early Intervention Services, when needed
*Referrals to community and human services
*Family and individual counseling
*Housing information and support
*Employment and training support
*Tra

nsportation for our enrolled families to various medical, community and social services appointments
*A weekly play group
*Occasional Field Trips
