What a special ribbon cutting celebrating the reopening of the historic Livery building.

Built around 1905 and originally a livery stable for horses and carriages, this beautiful building was later used as a hotel and residence. After sitting boarded up for years, it has been given new life as the Livery Guesthouse.

A special thank you to the Kokolakis Group for bringing this historic building back to life. The design and management teams did an outstanding job, with attention to detail evident in every square inch.

The Livery Guesthouse is truly a standout in Tarpon Springs, and we are thrilled to see this beautiful piece of our history preserved !

We had a home run of an evening at the Joint Chamber Mixer at the Thresher Baseball Game.
It was great to see so many of our amazing Tarpon Springs Chamber members but also professionals from neighboring chambers!
