So the strategy here seems to be: “I’m already trespassing, might as well go full achievement unlock and try for felony illegal dumping.” Bold plan. Terrible…but bold.
For clarity (and for anyone considering a career change to “unlicensed mobile landfill operations”), in Texas this kind of thing isn’t a two-for-one special—it’s more like stacking charges. Criminal trespass gets you started, and then illegal dumping turns it into a much more expensive conversation with the court.

Despite what some folks think, illegal dumping is not a victimless crime. Property owners get stuck cleaning up the mess, taxpayers often help cover cleanup costs, and deputies get to spend their day digging through the trash.
If you recognize anything in the video…or know how to get a hold of Robert…let us know.

It’s graduation season… a special time filled with caps, gowns, proud families, and people finally receiving the recognition they worked so hard for.
And out here in Precinct 4, these two were also working toward a very memorable achievement.
After illegally dumping trash on a County Road 194, they earned themselves an unexpected enrollment in the Precinct 4 School of Hard Knocks — where the tuition is expensive, the lessons are public, and the homework involves picking up your own garbage in the Texas heat.
Their coursework included:
-Advanced Bad Decisions
-Introduction to Consequences
-Environmental Cleanup Lab
-Criminal Justice Appreciation
Instead of walking across a stage… they got the exciting opportunity to walk up and down a dirt road collecting every bag they tossed out.
No tassels were turned, no diplomas handed out.
But there was definitely a final exam… and it involved trash bags, sweat, and explaining why this seemed like a good idea in the first place.
Congratulations to these two on completing their community service practicum with honors in Poor Decision Making.

Well, well, well… Look who decided to circle back!
Seems like our “HERE’S YOUR SIGN” message was delivered loud and clear!
Our roadside dumping crew came back to pick up every last bag they left behind. And right after they finished cleaning it all up…we added a little paperwork to their project!
The citations weren’t just a warning… they come with a price tag big enough to make the dump fees look like a bargain!
Turns out doing the right thing after you’re caught cost a whole lot more than doing it right the first time!

As a matter of full transparency, the gentleman in the orange shirt (that also owns the truck/ trailer) was not involved at all in the original dump. He was hired by the suspects to help them cleanup today. Funny enough, he follows our page and told them they REALLY messed up dumping in Precinct 4.

HERE’S YOUR SIGN!
We put up a big ol’ “NO DUMPING” sign… you know… for folks who might be confused about whether or not to dump here.
Then along come a couple geniuses who unload 1,200 pounds of trash right in front of it.
So let’s help them out…
(*channeling our inner Bill Engvall)
If you see a “NO DUMPING” sign and think, “Yeah, but that doesn’t apply to me and this truckload of bad decisions,”
HERE’S YOUR SIGN!
If you have a hard time understanding a message that is literally only two words…
HERE’S YOUR SIGN!
If you think messing with Texas…especially WilCo Precinct 4 is going to end well for you…
HERE’S YOUR SIGN!
And if you thought nobody would notice… but you let them get a nice clear photo of your license plates…
HERE’S YOUR SIGN!
Don’t worry—we’ll make sure you get it back… along with a little follow-up conversation about life choices.
