Registration for our 2nd Summer Picnic at our NEW location is now open!

This year's theme is: 🦕🦄 Dinosaurs & Unicorns 🧺✨

Join us for a magical and prehistoric adventure at our FREE Dinosaurs & Unicorns Picnic and Play for families with young children! Whether your child loves roaring dinosaurs or enchanting unicorns, this special event is packed with fun, imagination, and hands-on activities for everyone to enjoy.

What to Expect:
🦕 Dinosaur and 🦄 unicorn-themed story time, activities and play stations
🎨 Fun crafts and sensory experiences
🍽️ A free meal for each child under the age of 5
📚 A free book for the first 20 families to register
✨ Families are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket/folding chair (seating is limited) along with your imagination!

Back to School Bash, with free shoes and school supplies for kids, Aug. 2 --

A Back to School Bash is set for Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Alexander County Courthouse Lawn in Taylorsville, brought about by multiple agencies.
While supplies last, the event will equip students with shoes, school supplies, free book bags, food, and reusable water bottles. There will also be bounce houses, free cotton candy, and live Gospel music. Children must be present to receive their items.
The Bash is being brought to the community by New Creation Outreach Church, Faith Revival Church, 2nd Chance Ministries, Jubilee Holiness Church, CCWM, Hands of Love, and Therapeutic Solutions of Taylorsville.
