Spencer County Sheriff's Office The Sheriff's Office, under the sheriff's leadership, functions as the primary law enforcement agency for Spencer.

Responsibilities include tax collection, vehicle inspections, civil and criminal service, security of the Courts, and 24/7 patrol services. Sheriff Andrew Ware and his Deputies furnish Spencer County professional law enforcement services, including court process service, court security, and tax collecting as required by law. ALL INDIVIDUALS LISTED ON THIS PAGE AS WANTED OR SUSPECTS, ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
