Just an update on the campaign front:

Ordered 30 new 4x4 signs for this campaign season so if you’re willing to put one out there for me I would appreciate it!

Please pm with an address and the hope is to get them up by June 1.

I do not have a primary challenger or someone else on the other side but I want to make sure the voters know how much Christian County means to me. I am committed to continuing our fight against Methamphetamine in our County over the next four years and ensuring victims of crimes have a voice at the Courthouse.

Looking forward to the next four years and the next step in my career.

A quick an update from the campaign trail:

The primary election is on March 19, 2024. As of right now, I will not have an opponent. The Democrats still have an opportunity to appoint someone this summer, but we will wait until then to see what will be in store for the general election.

Regardless, I am having a party at The Hangout in Palmer the night of the primary as I can’t thank my supporters enough for the continual support over the past year and months. All are welcome- kids included.

Palmer is where my family started in Christian County and it’s where I want to celebrate Christian County’s hardworking values that epitomize Christian County’s character.

I will be putting out big signs after the primary. I still have small yard signs available. So, if you’d like one, please let me know.

It’s been a rewarding year as your Chrisrian County State’s Attorney and I look forward to continuing to work for all of you as your State’s Attorney for another four years.

Today, I filed my petition to run for another term as your Christian County State's Attorney. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve the people of Christian County.

Over the past year, we have seen some dramatic changes to our criminal justice system in Illinois. With the implementation of the SAFE-T Act and changes to how we detain and preserve victims' rights, my staff and I have been at the forefront of securing justice on behalf of Christian County families.

With these changes, the State's Attorney's Office has not wavered from our focus of public service. We have closed hundreds of cases over the past year, eliminated the backlog that was present when I first took over the office and secured justice on behalf of many families that were desperately seeking closure.

I look forward to being your State's Attorney for the next four years and appreciate everyone's continued support.

Today, I had the opportunity to have a meaningful discussion with the Pana Community Hospital CEO and staff about combatting workplace violence against staff. We spoke about the continual symbiotic roll between the Hospital and the vital role it plays with our Christian County State’s Attorney’s Office.

I want to thank CEO Trina Casner for the invitation and opportunity to learn about the intricacies of the day to day situations her and her hospital community find themselves in. Today’s meeting only strengthens the need for tougher penalties for violence attributed towards Hospital Staff and continual strides to increase accessibility to mental health facilities across Pana and the Greater Christian County community.

Both myself and the CEO agree and appreciate the Pana Police Department and their commitment to the Hospital and the greater Pana Community ensuring safety across all levels of the City.

Great turnout for our reelection Campaign Kickoff! Huge thanks to everyone who turned out to support our campaign. With no-cash bail taking effect this week, it's more important than ever that we have a State's Attorney committed to the rule of law and keeping our communities safe.
