The Christian County 708 Mental Heath board was proud to provide “Dinner Seasoned With Love” a 501 © (3) over $5,000 in grant funding. This money was used to provide meals to the community for anyone who is hungry.
The meals are held monthly at the Calvary Baptist Church in Taylorville on the 3rd Saturdays of each month.
Derek Page, Chairman of the 708 Christian County Mental Health board and board member Pat Scheinder attended this Saturday’s meal to see first hand how the funds are used to help the people of Christian County by providing a great meal and fellowship to show that everyone is important and valued.

It was great to see Troop 132 volunteer and the many volunteers that help make this happen.
